Krystal A. Madonia, CPA, MPAcc
With 15+ years experience in private accounting and 9 years in public accounting, Krystal has developed a strong passion for helping businesses with their accounting and business administration needs.
Krystal started her career working in private accounting for locally owned corporations in Washington state. She worked her way from a staff position up to a controller position before returning to college to pursue public accounting. During her academic career at Western Washington University, Krystal started a consulting firm, Double K Business Consulting which offered contract bookkeeping and business consulting services to businesses in the Pacific Northwest.
After graduating with her Masters in Professional Accounting degree, Krystal began her public accounting career as a financial statement auditor and accounting consultant. She served for 9 years with three public accounting firms. Her experience catered to privately owned companies of various sizes in the construction, transportation, forestry, manufacturing, healthcare, and non-for-profit industries.
In 2018, Krystal restructured Double K Business Consulting into what is now Double K Accounting to offer clients the level of service they desire at prices they can afford.
Krystal co-owns Devin Madonia Trucking with her husband, Devin Madonia. Being a business owner allows her to bring more than just 20+ years of accounting experience, but also a genuine understanding and compassion for the challenges business owners face.
Krystal was born and raised in Washington state. Her and her husband, Devin, have two young boys, Wyatt and Kaiden. They co-own Devin Madonia Trucking, which brought them to Arizona in 2023.
